Grain Center Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Grain Center Manager to oversee our multiple grain storage facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a background in agriculture and farming, with a focus on grain storage and site maintenance. This role requires mechanical knowledge. The Grain Center Manager will play a vital role in maintaining efficient operations and fostering continuous improvement in the facilities.

Duties:

Oversee daily grain handling activities, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Handle grain intake during harvest activity.
Implement and monitor systems including grain drying, bin fans, grain distribution systems, and loading/unloading equipment.
Manage mechanical systems and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Drive continuous improvement and maintain neat and well maintained sites.

Experience

Knowledge of mechanical systems related to grain handling equipment.
Prior experience with a grain center or similar facility is preferred
