Grain Center Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Grain Center Manager to oversee our multiple grain storage facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a background in agriculture and farming, with a focus on grain storage and site maintenance. This role requires mechanical knowledge. The Grain Center Manager will play a vital role in maintaining efficient operations and fostering continuous improvement in the facilities.

Work Location: In person

Duties:

  • Oversee daily grain handling activities, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Handle grain intake during harvest activity.
  • Implement and monitor systems including grain drying, bin fans, grain distribution systems, and loading/unloading equipment.
  • Manage mechanical systems and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Drive continuous improvement and maintain neat and well maintained sites.

Experience:

  • Knowledge of mechanical systems related to grain handling equipment.
  • Prior experience with a grain center or similar facility is preferred

Grain Hauler-Truck Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Grain Hauler to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting grain and related freight using various types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, tanker trucks, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks. This role requires a strong focus on safety, route efficiency, and timely delivery to support our agricultural operations and customer commitments. CDL or willing to obtain.

Duties:

  • Load and unload cargo efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Drive route schedules to ensure timely delivery across designated locations.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal operation.
  • Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance records.
  • Assist with loading/unloading using forklifts or other equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with necessary endorsements for tractor-trailer operation or willingness to obtain.
